Good afternoon, everyone. After reviewing recent customer and volunteer Examiner feedback, as well as other relevant results, and subsequently identifying opportunities for improvement related to our New Mexico Performance Excellence Awards (NMPEA) program, I am proud to present to you the 2018 NMPEA materials and our 2018 training offerings:
QNM Training Offerings
Specifically, if you are interested in being a 2018 NMPEA applicant, please review the guidelines and let me know if you have any questions about the application process. We are ready to receive your Intent to Apply form and to start providing assistance if you need it.
If you are interested in becoming a 2018 NMPEA Examiner, you can complete the application and return it to us. We fully intend on the Examiner training to be significantly improved to what is has been over the last several years.
Finally, the 2018 training offerings will be available in either public or custom settings. While we finalize the 2018 public training calendar, which will be published on the Quality New Mexico website in December, please contact me if you have any questions about the training offerings or if you would be interested in a custom workshop.
Ultimately, according to the Baldrige Excellence Framework of which we espouse, performance excellence is not determined by us but instead by you, our customers and stakeholders. And this notion has been continually on our minds since the day that we started working on next year's offerings.
